This usually include doing deep breathing that will require you to hold your breath for six to ten seconds and silently saying to yourself “all will be fine” or “all is ok” then after this, slowly exhale. This breathing method is a form of relaxation that is relatively cheap and easy to do. This must be done especially when you are in a very stressful situation and you need to get away. Another relaxation method is listening to some mellow or calming music. Again pure calm is expected out of this experience.

• Another excellent way is thru the process of aromatherapy. Aromatherapy and its corresponding oils provide a natural relaxing sensation thru the sense of smell and also when applied to the skin the sense of touch. There are different oils that provide different reliefs like the lavender helps you calm down and help you relax. While some oils are best utilized when applied to the skin like the olive or almond oils mixed with lavender. This will just require you to rub some on your forehead and temples and after just a couple of minutes you can immediately feel a relaxing sensation.
These are just some of the simple ways to relieve a person from the negative effects of stress and anxieties.
